Order Status:

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail after submitting an order. Then you may request via email tracking numbers of when and how your order was shipped. Should you require further information about an order, please use one of the following methods:

Cancellation Policy:

On-Demand orders are processed individually as received on a single-unit basis.  Once an on-demand order has been placed, the product is ordered within 24-48 hours.  Cancellations after that window are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.  There is a minimum restocking fee of $5.00

Return Policy:

Returns can not be made without prior authorization from Sullivan Group.  On-Demand orders are non-returnable.  Only exceptions are if there is a defect in the garment. All claims for shortages, damages or defects need to be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. No merchandise will be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of the order.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell personal information about individual users (such as name, address, e-mail address) to third parties. We do not sell or rent lists of users or use information about individual users outside the scope of fulfilling orders from this site.
 

Shipping Methods:

All shipments are based on USPS or UPS Ground service. Extra charges for overnight, second, or third day air shipment will apply. Most orders ship out the day you order, however, orders can take up to 48 hours to ship out. Leave plenty of leeway to insure your order gets to you in time.

International Freight Costs:
To obtain an "estimate" on international freight costs for your order, please e-mail your request to Blackfin Gear Actual freight costs are finalized when your order is complete and ready to ship. Customers may use their own UPS or FedEx account numbers. Please e-mail Blackfin Gear to utilize this option. In order to provide customers with "estimates" on freight costs, we need the ship-to address and complete order quantities. NOTE: THE RECEIVER OF THE ORDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES AND TAXES.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered to the state of Indiana.

International Credit Cards:
We are happy to accept international Visa, Mastercard, or American Express cards, however it is necessary to provide Blackfin Gear with additional information for verification purposes as protection against credit card fraud for you and us.
